Yawmiye Deals operates as a marketplace, promotional platform, advertising platform, and loyalty ecosystem designed to help businesses attract customers and increase repeat visits.
2. Platform Services
Yawmiye Deals allows businesses and agents to publish offers, promotions, discounts, and rewards while using the integrated Yawmiye Loyalty & Rewards System to improve customer retention and customer engagement. Platform features, operational mechanics, subscription structures, and loyalty systems may be modified, expanded, restricted, or removed at any time depending on platform requirements and operational decisions.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, and all activities performed under their accounts. Fake accounts, impersonation, reward manipulation, platform abuse, fraudulent activity, or illegal use of the platform are strictly prohibited. Accounts are currently intended for single business or agent usage unless officially supported otherwise in future platform updates.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Yawmiye Deals currently operates using yearly subscriptions through approved payment methods, including Wish Money and other supported methods. Subscriptions are currently non-refundable and subject to future pricing changes or operational updates. If a subscription expires, offers may become hidden, dashboards may become restricted, and accounts may become frozen until renewal.
5. Early Access Pricing
Yawmiye Deals may provide limited early access pricing periods. Early access pricing may change, expire, or be modified at any time without prior notice. Businesses joining early may benefit from early ecosystem positioning, increased visibility opportunities, and access to current pricing before future adjustments.
6. Offers & Promotions
Businesses using Yawmiye Deals are generally expected to maintain at least one active offer on the platform. Offers typically range between a minimum of 5% discount and a maximum of 70% discount except for approved exceptions. Businesses remain fully responsible for offer accuracy, pricing, stock availability, expiration dates, redemption conditions, customer communication, and honoring published offers. Users may report fake offers, misleading discounts, scams, or abusive behavior through available support and reporting systems.
7. Yawmiye Loyalty & Rewards System
Yawmiye Deals includes the integrated Yawmiye Loyalty & Rewards System, allowing businesses to reward customers, attach loyalty rewards to offers, create redeemable rewards, encourage repeat visits, and improve customer retention. Businesses may choose whether or not to activate loyalty rewards on individual offers.
8. Loyalty Rewards & Limits
Loyalty rewards remain subject to platform-defined minimums, maximums, operational controls, fairness regulations, anti-abuse mechanisms, and ecosystem limitations. Rewards may expire after one year and may be modified, adjusted, suspended, or removed whenever necessary to maintain operational integrity and ecosystem balance. One Zone Agency reserves the right to regulate reward structures, reward limits, conversion logic, redemption mechanics, and participation conditions.
9. Reward Types
Yawmiye Deals supports both private and public rewards. Private rewards may only be redeemed using rewards earned from the same participating business, while public rewards may be redeemed using combined rewards earned across multiple participating businesses. Reward eligibility remains subject to business participation, available stock, expiration conditions, quantity limitations, redemption limits, and platform operational rules.
10. Reward Availability & Redemption Limits
Businesses may define reward quantities, redemption limits per user, availability restrictions, and reward conditions. Rewards remain subject to availability, stock limitations, expiration dates, business participation, and operational conditions. One Zone Agency does not guarantee reward availability, successful redemption, or permanent reward access.
11. Shared Ecosystem Accounts
Yawmiye Deals may share authentication and profile information with connected One Zone Agency ecosystem platforms, including Daleel Lebanon / Daleel LB, in order to simplify onboarding, reduce duplicate registrations, and improve user experience. Separate dashboards, systems, and operational structures may still apply.
12. Communications & Notifications
By using the platform, users agree that One Zone Agency may send operational emails, marketing emails, WhatsApp communications, platform announcements, promotional campaigns, and future push notifications related to platform usage, updates, subscriptions, or offers.
13. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, software, workflows, designs, systems, loyalty structures, databases, graphics, operational mechanics, and intellectual property associated with Yawmiye Deals remain the exclusive property of One Zone Agency unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape, imitate, or commercially reuse any platform systems, branding, or content without written authorization. Businesses grant One Zone Agency permission to use publicly available offers, logos, descriptions, promotions, reward examples, and images for marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes.
14. Fraud, Abuse & Platform Protection
Yawmiye Deals strictly prohibits fake offers, misleading promotions, reward abuse, artificial reward generation, fraudulent redemptions, spam, impersonation, illegal activity, or abuse of the platform ecosystem. Accounts violating platform rules may be flagged, suspended, restricted, frozen, or permanently removed depending on the severity of the violation. Users may contact support to appeal suspensions.
15. Liability Limitation
Yawmiye Deals acts as a marketplace, advertising platform, promotional platform, and loyalty ecosystem. Businesses remain fully responsible for honoring offers, managing rewards, pricing, stock, customer interactions, redemptions, and legal compliance. While One Zone Agency strives to maintain quality and legitimacy, the platform does not guarantee customer satisfaction, business quality, successful transactions, reward availability, or offer validity at all times. One Zone Agency shall not be held liable for business misconduct, scams, failed redemptions, unavailable rewards, expired offers, customer disputes, financial losses, or indirect damages resulting from platform usage.
16. Platform Changes
One Zone Agency reserves the right to modify features, pricing, subscriptions, loyalty systems, operational rules, reward structures, or platform limitations at any time without prior notice.

Daleel LB may organize businesses and listings using municipalities, districts, regions, cities, or dedicated subdomains for categorization and visibility purposes. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, municipality pages and regional pages do not represent official municipality partnerships, affiliations, sponsorships, or governmental representation.
